Shipping Policy

At a glance

Every throw in our collection is priced over $75, so Ground shipping is free on any order that includes one.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. At this time we do not ship to:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories
• APO, FPO or DPO military addresses
• P.O. boxes
• Addresses outside the United States

If you are outside our shipping area, contact us and we will let you know if we can help.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. During busy periods such as the holidays, processing can take a little longer; we will email you if your order is delayed.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and start when your order is dispatched, not when it is placed. As soon as your order ships we will email you a tracking number. Most orders ship with UPS or another major carrier, and a signature is not normally required.

Once a package is marked delivered, please check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot find it after 48 hours, email us at info@tryfittrim.com and we will work with the carrier to locate it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, and re-shipping costs for returned packages may apply.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or a tracked package has not moved for 7 business days, email us within 3 days of delivery (or of the last tracking update) with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Sales tax

Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law, based on the shipping address. California orders are currently charged sales tax.
